Can paella be eaten cold?
AWe recommend not to eat it cold. It is preferable to eat paella warm or hot. Like many dishes left alone for a while it may start to form bacteria. But once you heat it up in hot temperatures any bacteria will be destroyed.

Can paella be frozen?
AIf you don’t plan on eating your leftover paella within two days, then freezing is the way to go. All you have to do at that point is put it in the freezer. Frozen paella will hold for about a month before having to be thrown away.

Can i reheat paella?
AYes, you can. The best way to reheat paella in a frying pan with some extra olive oil is the best way to retain the same texture as when it was originally cooked.
